Cancellations and changes

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment using the link in your confirmation email, or call us.

Late arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your service so other guests are not delayed.

Prepaid appointments

Appointments paid online and cancelled in time are refunded to the original card. Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable.

Prices marked "from" can vary with hair length, density or design. Your artist will confirm the final price before starting.
